Section Pari 806.57 - Qualifications for Maintenance Employee, Course Maintenance Employee or Other Greyhound Racing Employee

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license as a maintenance employee under Pari 806.01(a) (37), a course maintenance employee under Pari 806.01(a) (38) or as an other greyhound racing employee under Pari 806.01(a) (42) shall:

(a) Be at least 16 years of age;

(b) If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, submit written permission from at least one parent or legal guardian to serve as maintenance employee or course maintenance employee; and

(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a;
