Section Pari 806.60 - Qualifications for Employee of a Greyhound Racing Totalisator CompanyIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license as an employee of a totalisator company under Pari 806.01(a) (41) shall:
(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a totalisator company that:(1) Possesses a contract with a licensee under RSA 284:15-a; and(2) Intends to hire or continue the employment of the employee at the racing premises that is subject to the contract noted in (b) (1) above.N.H.
