Section Pari 806.52 - Qualifications for Greyhound Racing Mutuel Manager, Mutuel Department Employee, Food Concession Manager, or Admissions Manager

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license as a mutuel manager under Pari 806.01(a) (28), mutuel department employee under Pari 806.01(a) (29), food concession manager under Pari 806.01(a) (30) or admissions manager under Pari 806.01(a) (34) shall:

(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and

(b) Possess basic skills in mathematics so as to enable the person to make change and balance accounts.
