Section Pari 806.53 - Qualifications for Food Concession Employee or Admissions EmployeeIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license as a food concession employee under Pari 806.01(a) (31) or an admissions employee under Pari 806.01(a) (35) shall:
(a) Be at least 16 years of age;(b) If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, submit written permission from at least one parent or legal guardian to serve as a food concession or admissions employee;(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and(d) Possess basic skills in mathematics so as to enable the person to make change and balance accounts.N.H.
