Section Pari 806.51 - Qualifications for Greyhound Lead-OutIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a lead out's license under Pari 806.01(a) (27) shall:
(a) Be at least 16 years of age;(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by 2 persons who the applicant has known for at least 2 years and who are not relatives;(c) If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, submit written permission from at least one parent or legal guardian to serve as a greyhound lead-out;(d) Be able to lift at least 60 pounds in weight and carry it a distance of 20 feet;(e) Be able to run 100 yards in 20 seconds or less; and(f) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a.N.H.
