Section Pari 605.48 - Qualifications for Horse Stable EmployeeIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a horse stable employee shall:
(a) Be at least 16 years of age;(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by 2 persons whom the applicant has known for at least 2 years and who are not relatives;(c) If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, submit written permission from at least one parent or legal guardian to serve as a stable employee; and(d) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person licensed in the area in which licensure is sought who has agreed to supervise the applicant.N.H.
