Section Pari 605.47 - Qualifications for Harness Patrol Judge

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a harness patrol judge shall:

(a) Be a member of the USTA;

(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and

(d) Have vision which is at least 20/40 in both eyes, or vision that is corrected to 20/40 in both eyes.
