Section Pari 605.49 - Qualifications for Horse Racing Mutuel Manager, Mutuel Department Employee, Food Concession Manager or Admissions Manager

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a horse mutuel manager, mutuel department employee, food concession manager, admissions manager, food concession employee or admissions employee shall:

(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and

(b) Possess basic skills in mathematics so as to enable the person to make change and balance accounts.
