Section He-C 6438.08 - Adoption Subsidy Agreement(a) The adoption subsidy agreement shall be completed for each child who has been approved for adoption subsidy, on a form provided by the department.(b) If the child is receiving supplemental security income (SSI), the adoption subsidy agreement shall reflect the SSI or social security administration (SSA) amount anticipated after the adoption is finalized.(c) The adoption subsidy agreement shall:(1) Be in effect prior to the date of entry of the final decree of adoption by the court; and(2) Begin after the adoption subsidy agreement has been signed by all parties.N.H.
