Section He-C 6438. 07 - Amount of Subsidy(a) The amount of subsidy provided shall be the minimum amount needed to enable the family to meet the needs of the child.(b) In accordance with RSA 170-F:8, the maximum amount of a long-term, time-limited or special services subsidy shall not exceed the rate for the corresponding age of the child if the child had continued in specialized foster care.(c) Special services subsidy shall be limited to the payment rate for services in the community where the service is provided .N.H.
