Section He-C 6438.09 - Annual Review(a) The continued need for a subsidy shall be reviewed annually by DCYF.(b) The adoptive parents shall complete the adoptive subsidy annual review on a form provided by the department(c) If an adjustment is made, the adoptive parents shall sign a new adoption subsidy agreement in accordance with He-C 6438.08.(d) If the adjustment to an adoption subsidy is a decrease, the adoptive parents shall be given a 30 day written notice prior to a decrease in adoption subsidy payments.N.H.
