Section Gen 403.04 - Reinstatement of Licenses Lapsed For Longer Than 70 Days But No More Than 5 Years The board shall reinstate a license lapsed longer than 70 days but no more than 5 years if the reinstatement applicant submits to the board:
(a) All documents as described in Gen 403.08; and(b) Any documents required by Gen 303.04 which were not previously provided to the board.N.H. Admin. Code § Gen 403.04
