Section Gen 403.05 - Reinstatement of Licenses Lapsed for Longer Than 5 Years when the Applicant Was Certified by the ABGC or ACMG After 1996 The board shall reinstate a license lapsed longer than 5 years when the applicant was certified by the ABGC or ACMG after 1996 and submits to the board:
(a) All documents as described in Gen 403.03; and(b) Any documents required by Gen 303.04 which were not previously provided to the board.N.H. Admin. Code § Gen 403.05
