Section Env-Wq 1511.09 - Plan Requirements for Sediment and Erosion Control Practices The plans shall include the following:
(a) A description of the construction sequence, and a requirement for the construction of sediment basins and conveyance swales prior to other earth moving activities; and(b) When the solar array is to be constructed such that there will be 5 acres or more with less than 85% vegetative cover uniformly distributed, phasing notes shall indicate that each phase shall be stabilized before advancing to succeeding phases.N.H.
