Section Env-Wq 1511.10 - Additional Erosion Control Notes for Solar Array Fields

In addition to the requirements of Env-Wq 1504.15, plans for solar arrays shall also include the following notes:

"- Unstabilized areas shall be temporarily stabilized within 72 hours of final grading, or prior to a 0.25" storm occurring after the disturbance, whichever occurs sooner.

- Temporary stabilization measures must remain in place throughout construction and be maintained as necessary to meet the requirements of Env-Wq 1506.01 until final seeding is placed.

- When earth disturbance will occur within 50 feet of a surface water of the state, and wetlands as defined in RSA 482-A, a double row of perimeter controls must be installed along the limits of the earth disturbance.

- Soils with a depth to bedrock of 12 inches or less shall be enhanced by the addition of at least 4 inches of top soil.

- Any overburden eroded in areas with a depth of bedrock of 12 inches or less shall be replaced.

- The site shall be stabilized by establishing at least 85% vegetative cover uniformly distributed."
