Section Env-Wq 1511.08 - Additional Requirements for Sediment Control Methods Except when land slopes are 5% or less and the longest flow path is less than 300 feet, in addition to the requirements of Env-Wq 1506.10, the following shall apply:
(a) Temporary sediment traps shall be: (1) Constructed prior to other land disturbance; and(2) Located to collect and contain the runoff generated from the area formed by connecting the outer edges of all of the solar panels, and any other disturbed areas, with the runoff calculated based upon:a. A 2-year 24 hour design storm; andb. A curve number representative of a cover type for a newly graded area; and(b) Temporary diversion channels shall convey all runoff from solar array fields to temporary sediment basins and have conveyance capacity for runoff calculated based upon: (1) A 2-year 24 hour design storm; and(2) A curve number representative of a cover type for a newly graded area.N.H.
