The Commission may fine any person associated with unarmed combat or deny, suspend or revoke a license, approval, registration or sanctioning if the licensee, registrant, sanctioned organization or person associated with unarmed combat delivers a check to the Commission that is not honored by the financial institution upon which it is drawn.
