Section 467.900 - Penalties for certain violations; review by Commission1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a Commissioner or the Commission's representative may charge any person associated with unarmed combat in this State a penalty not to exceed $250,000 from a schedule of penalties approved by the Commission for: (a) Any violation of the provisions of NAC 467.078 or 467.093; or(b) Being excessively or repeatedly late for a weigh-in or for a contest or exhibition.2. Any disciplinary action taken pursuant to subsection 1 will be reviewed at a later date by the Commission.Nev. Admin. Code § 467.900
