Section 467.890 - Licensees prohibited from dealing with persons whose licenses are suspended or revoked1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a person who is licensed, approved, registered or sanctioned by the Commission or is associated with unarmed combat shall not have any dealings related to unarmed combat with any person whose license, approval, registration or sanctioning has been suspended or revoked by the Commission.2. An unarmed combatant who is licensed or associated with unarmed combat may use the services of a person whose license, approval, registration or sanctioning has been suspended or revoked by the Commission for the limited purpose of training or coaching if the unarmed combatant obtains prior written approval to do so from the Executive Director or his or her designee. The Executive Director or his or her designee may limit or condition such approval in any manner that he or she deems appropriate.Nev. Admin. Code § 467.890
