Section 467.889 - Suspension or revocation of license for failure to pay fine or monetary penalty or comply with payment plan; placement on list of suspensionsThe Commission may:
1. Suspend or revoke the license of a person licensed by the Commission who has not paid a fine or other monetary penalty imposed by the Commission in full by the date prescribed by the Commission or who has failed to comply with the terms of a payment plan approved by the Commission.2. Place on the list of suspensions maintained by the Association of Boxing Commissions or any other list of suspensions circulated by the Commission to other jurisdictions a person who is associated with unarmed combat in this State and who has not paid a fine or other monetary penalty in full by the date prescribed by the Commission or who has failed to comply with the terms of a payment plan approved by the Commission.Nev.
