Section 445B.236 - Construction or modification: Review of plans1. When requested to do so by an owner or operator, the Director will review plans for construction or modification to provide technical advice to the owner or operator. A separate request must be submitted for each construction or modification project. Each request must identify the location of such projects and be accompanied by technical information describing the proposed nature, size, design and method of operation of each affected facility involved in the project, including information on any equipment to be used for measurement or control of emissions.2. The Director shall respond to any request for review of plans under subsection 1 within 60 days after receipt of the request.3. Neither a request for a review of plans nor advice furnished by the Director in response to such request: (a) Relieves an owner or operator of legal responsibility for compliance with any provision of this section or NAC 445B.235, or of any applicable state or local requirement; or(b) Prevents the Director from carrying out or enforcing any provision of this section or NAC 445B.235, or taking any other action authorized by the Act.Nev.
