Section 445B.235 - Construction or modification: Determination by Director1. When requested to do so by an owner or operator, the Director will make a determination of whether action taken or intended to be taken by the owner or operator constitutes construction, including reconstruction, or modification or the commencement thereof within the meaning of NAC 445B.236.2. The Director will respond to any request for a determination under subsection 1 within 60 days after receipt of the request.Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.235
