Section 408.339 - Maintenance of records and accounts of relocation or adjustment of facilityA utility shall:
1. Maintain its records and accounts of the relocation or adjustment of the facility for at least 3 years after it receives the final payment for its reimbursable costs of relocation from the Department; and2. Make those records available, upon request, for inspection or audit by representatives of the Department or the Federal Highway Administration.Nev. Admin. Code § 408.339
