Section 408.341 - Authorization required before beginning work specified in agreement for reimbursement1. A utility shall not begin any work specified in the agreement described in NAC 408.327 unless it has:(a) Received authorization from the Department to begin work; and(b) Notified the Department of the scheduled date for beginning that work.2. Any work performed before the utility:(a) Receives authorization from the Department; or(b) Notifies the Department of the scheduled date for beginning the work, is not eligible for reimbursement.Nev.
