The Department agrees to provide employees with the same health, dental and vision insurance plans at the same cost sharing ratio as the Department will provide to its employees who are subject to the Agreement. In the event such insurance programs grant to the employee various options, the Department's obligation will apply only to the mandatory portion to be paid by the Department under the program. The Department further agrees to provide all employees all other insurance plans that are made available in the Master Contract at the same cost.
