Section 93-15-022 - Reporting of Waste, Fraud, or Violations of Law

Employees who are aware of fraud, fiscal waste, or violations of law will report such information to the Commissioner, any Deputy Commissioner, or staff in the Human Resources Office. Employees may also give such information to the Office of Auditor of Public Accounts.
