Rule 37.110.259 - PERISHABLE FOOD VENDING MACHINES(1) Perishable food vending machines must comply with all requirements of this subchapter.(2) Additionally, all foods, beverages and ingredients offered for sale through perishable food vending machines must be manufactured, processed and prepared in a fixed food service establishment that complies with this subchapter or subchapter 3 regarding food manufacturing establishments.Mont.
