Rule 37.110.258 - SEMIPERMANENT FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT(1) Semipermanent food service establishments must comply with this subchapter and ARM 37.110.256(1) through (8).(2) Additionally, semipermanent food service establishments must be located within 200 feet of a restroom facility for food employees.
