Rule 23.12.803 - REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION(1) An eligible retail establishment will be certified by the department after it completes the certification requirements set forth in this subchapter.(2) To be eligible for certification, a retail establishment must: (a) submit a record keeping plan for approval by the department;(b) submit to a site visit conducted by the department or local law enforcement; and(c) complete training provided by the department or local law enforcement that covers the record keeping requirements for retail establishments and issues related to the production of methamphetamine.(3) Upon completion of these requirements, a retail business may apply, on the form provided by the department, for certification.(4) If a retail establishment meets the eligibility standards and has successfully completed the certification requirements, the department shall certify the retail establishment.Mont.
