Rule 23.12.804 - RECORD KEEPING REQUIREMENTS(1) Certified retail establishments selling products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine must keep records of the following: (a) an inventory of products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine purchased by the retailer. The inventory must include:(i) date of purchase; and(ii) quantity of purchase;(b) a record of all sales of products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine sold by the retailer. The record must include:(ii) quantity of product sold;(iii) a record of the name and signature of the purchaser;(iv) a record that the purchaser provided proper identification in either the form of a driver's license or other form of photo identification and a record of the identification number; and(v) a record of the name and signature of the employee who made the sale; and(c) the cumulative grams of product sold to an individual consumer during any 30-day period.Mont.
