Section R. 336.1957 - Emissions standards for carbon black production area sourcesRule 957.
(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart MMMMMM, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Carbon Black Production Area Sources," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart MMMMMM, shall comply with those provisions.(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart MMMMMM mean the department.Mich.
