(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart GGGGGG, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Primary Nonferrous Metals Area Sources Zinc, Cadmium, and Beryllium," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart GGGGGG, shall comply with those provisions.(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart GGGGGG mean the department.Mich.
