Section R. 336.1958 - Emissions standards for chemical manufacturing area sources for chromium compoundsRule 958.
(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart NNNNNN, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Chemical Manufacturing Area Sources: Chromium Compounds," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart NNNNNN, shall comply with those provisions.(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart NNNNNN mean the department.Mich.
