Section R. 336.1946 - Emission standards for secondary aluminum production

Rule 946.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart RRR, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Secondary Aluminum Production," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart RRR, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart RRR mean the department.
