Section R. 336.1945 - Emission standards for publicly owned treatment works

Rule 945.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart VVV, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Publicly Owned Treatment Works," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart VVV, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart VVV mean the department.
