Section R. 336.1947 - Emission standards for site remediation

Rule 947.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart GGGGG, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Site Remediation," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart GGGGG, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart GGGGG mean the department.
