Section 096-526-3 - Compliance with this Chapter

By establishing the responsibilities of government and industry to implement National Pretreatment Standards this regulation fulfills three objectives:

A.Application. Applications for existing facilities must be submitted in accordance with section 14.A and B. Applications for new facilities must be submitted in accordance with Chapter 521(4) (c) and sections 8 and 18.

B. You must comply with this Chapter when a MEPDES permit containing requirements consistent with this Chapter is issued to you.
