Subsection 001-346-7-1 - Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and UtensilsA. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils must be cleaned: 1. Between each use of a different type of raw animal species such as beef, lamb, pork, or poultry;2. Each time there is a change from working with raw food to working with ready to eat food;3.
