Subsection 001-346-2-24 - Time Frame for Correction for a Non-Critical ViolationA. Except as specified in Section 2, Subsection 26(B), the license holder shall correct non-critical violations by a date and time agreed to or specified by the Department, but no later than ninety calendar days after the inspection.B.
