Section XXXIX-1009 - Tree Planting; Survival InspectionsA. Required tree planting shall be completed during the next planting season after the removal of the trees. The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry can check tree planting survival up to three years after planting and require replacement of any losses.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XXXIX-1009
