Section XXXIX-1007 - AppealsA. An appeal process is available, if the state agency, department, board or commission for some reason cannot comply with the recommendations of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, then a representative can appeal to the state forester or commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry for reconsideration. This must be done within 30 days of the written recommendations. The state forester or commissioner of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry shall have the power to waive any or all planting requirements.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XXXIX-1007
