Section I-1923 - Investigation of PermitteeA. The division may, upon its own motion, and shall upon receipt of a written verified complaint of any person, investigate the actions of any permittee and the operations of any machine. The investigation shall be undertaken for the purpose of gathering evidence and determining whether a violation of law or any rule of the division has occurred.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § I-1923
