Section I-1925 - Prohibited MachinesA. Any machine, including amusement machines, which in substance simulates the game of bingo without conforming to the requirements of the Act or any rule of the division and which is placed in service for play by the public is prohibited and shall be subject to immediate seizure and destruction.B.
