Section 760 IAC 2-20-7 - "Authorized designee" defined

Sec. 7.

As used in this rule, "authorized designee" means any person designated in writing to the insurance company by the policyholder or certificateholder of a qualified long term care policy or certificate for purposes of notification under section 36(8) of this rule.
