Section 760 IAC 2-20-8 - "Average daily private pay rate" defined

Sec. 8.

As used in this rule, "average daily private pay rate" means the average daily rate charged by nursing facilities for persons not qualifying for federal or state reimbursement, established annually on a calendar year basis by OMPP for the period immediately preceding the effective date or renewal date of a policy or certificate.
