Section 760 IAC 2-20-6 - "Asset protection" defined

Sec. 6.

As used in this rule, "asset protection" means the right extended by IC 12-15-39.6 to beneficiaries of qualified long term care insurance policies and certificates to an asset disregard under the Indiana long term care program.
