Section 455 IAC 1-11-5 - Format of notice

Sec. 5.

(a) The notice or notices shall be in a language appropriate for the individuals residing in the facility or frequenting AAA sites.

(b) The format and the wording of the notice shall be approved by the division.

(c) The posting shall include contact information for the local and state long term care ombudsman.
