Section 170 IAC 12-1-5 - Administrative costs

Sec. 5.

Administrative costs associated with the functions of the utility as an intermediary for collection of loans made by lenders on the Master Record for the purchase and installation of a Conservation Measure which are incurred by the utility providing for repayment of the loan as part of the utility bill shall be recovered by the utility from the lender.
