Section 170 IAC 12-1-4 - Program audit costs

Sec. 4.

Costs of a Program Audit shall be charged to the individual customer requesting the audit at a standard amount of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per dwelling unit or at such greater amount as prescribed by the National Energy Conservation Policy Act or amendments thereto and Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder.
