Rule 29-2201 - OPERATION OF DESIGNATED ISOLATION AND QUARANTINE SITES
2201.1

The Department may designate and operate isolation and quarantine sites for individuals experiencing homelessness who have tested positive for COVID-19, or are exhibiting symptoms of another communicable disease that is communicable by air or casual contact, in accordance with public health guidance and in consultation with the Department of Health ("DOH").

2201.2

The Department may designate and operate non-congregate mitigation sites for individuals experiencing homelessness whose medical condition or advanced age place them at an increased risk of contracting COVID-19 or suffering its worst effects.

2201.3

A designated site under this section shall be administered in a manner consistent with current public health guidance and public health and contagion mitigation practices as determined by the Department in consultation with DOH.
